The Image Expression And Value Presentation Of The Documentary<lion Dance Youth>

Image recording plays a vital role in preserving and spreading intangible cultural heritage.In recent years,a plethora of documentaries have emerged,offering a wealth of video research materials on intangible cultural heritage.These documentaries have shifted from merely recording the items themselves to using people’s words and objects to convey emotions and stories.By returning to the core of characters,utilizing the true stories and spirit of intangible cultural heritage characters,the documentaries tell the origin and connotation of culture,enabling audiences to experience the charm of intangible cultural heritage culture within the context of character stories.In this paper,"Lion Dance Youth" is explored in terms of its image expression through narrative mode,lens language,and sound elements.The multi-axis storytelling method,multi-perspective lens language design,and multi-frequency sound element usage are found to truly and fully showcase the story and personality of young lion dancers.The documentary "Lion Dance Youth" highlights the cultural self-confidence,identity,and consciousness of the young and promising youth of Tengxian through their stories."Lion Dance Youth" tells the story of a group of 90’ and 00’ Tengxian lion dance youths who persist with lion dance because of their love for it,and grow up because of their perseverance.The film is divided into five chapters,each corresponding to the story of young lion-dancing youth of different ages and experiences,telling the story of the young generation of lion dance inheritors who adhere to the love of lion dance with their youth,inherit and spread lion dance culture with love.This article elaborates on the creation of "Lion Dance Youth",which has five chapters.The introduction briefly summarizes the background of this creation,puts forward the purpose and significance of this research,and expounds on the research methods of this paper.The second chapter introduces the objects and themes studied in this paper and explains the process of conception and practice of "Lion Dance Youth" from three aspects: creative preparation,creative process,and post-editing.The third chapter explores the intangible cultural heritage image expression of the documentary from the aspects of narrative mode,lens language,and sound elements.Chapter four explores the value of "Lion Dance Youth" in terms of record value,self-worth,and social value,which is manifested in the brave and fearless cultural self-confidence,loyal and tenacious cultural identity,and young cultural consciousness of the promising youth.Chapter five summarizes the experience and shortcomings of the documentary creation and puts forward the prospect of the inheritance and dissemination of lion dance culture.
