Party’s political life is the main platform for party organizations to educate and manage party members and party members for party exercises.To carry out serious political life within the party has always been our Party’s fine traditions and political advantages.Since the new period,problems such as inflexible ideals and convictions,slack discipline,and formalism that have been exposed in the party have continuously eroded the health of the party and seriously affected the normal development of political life in the party.The grass-roots party organizations of the colleges and universities as the fighting fortress of the party in the grass-roots social organizations are the important foundation for the party’s work and combat effectiveness.Strengthening the undergraduate party’s political life in the party under the new form is not only a need to consolidate the party’s class foundation and maintain the advanced nature of the party,but also an important project for implementing the strict administration of the party.Since the 18th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to party building.On the basis of a correct analysis of the changes in the world’s conditions,national conditions,and the changes in the party’s situation,it is pointed out that "stricting political life in the party is the basis for comprehensive and strict administration of the party".It also puts serious political life in the party and cleansing the party’s political ecology in a more prominent position.This article explains the connotation and relevance of the political life in the party and the grass-roots party organizations in college students.Examining the Present Situation and Existing Problems of the Political Life within the Party in the College Students’ Basic-Level Party Organizations.Explore the Practical Significance of Optimizing the Political Life of College Students at the Grassroots Party Organization.Provide concrete methods and guidance for the smooth development of political life within the party for the basic-level party organizations of the new era,and provide reference for the current strict administration of the party.This article is mainly elaborated in five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.It gives an overview of the origin of the study,the significance of the research,the methods and innovations.The second chapter mainly elaborates the related concepts and theoretical basis of the political life in the party’s political organization within the party,and analyzes the investigation dimensions contained in the "Some Guidelines for the Political Life within the Party under the New Situation",and based on this to design the basic level party organization for college students.The corresponding survey dimension of political life in the party.The third chapter takes several colleges and universities in Fujian as the object of investigation,and conducts statistical data on the survey questionnaires of college students’ basic party organizations’ political life in the party.It also systematically analyzes the problems that emerge in the political life of college students at the grassroots level within the party and explores the deep issues behind these issues.The reason for this is to put forward the necessity of the normalization of political life in the party’s grass-roots party organizations.The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of the corresponding countermeasures for the normalization of political life in the party’s grass-roots party organizations,and provides relevant experience for the real implementation of "strictly governing the party’s political life".
