| In the current era of rapid development,public emergencies have become a major factor affecting social development,seriously affecting social progress,economic development,and people’s security.For our country,our country is at a critical stage of national rejuvenation,therefore,research on emergency management of public emergencies is the general trend.Under the background of this era,this article focuses on the perspective of urban resilience under the urban emergency management system,and analyzes the emergency management of cities in response to public emergencies.In the research history of emergency management system of urban resilience,the main research methods are qualitative analysis and analytic hierarchy process.Among these traditional analysis methods,most of them have subjective interference,inaccurate data,and lengthy calculation process Complex issues.In view of the current status of the research,this article first investigates and analyzes the evaluation models related to urban resilience and urban emergency management,and makes relevant literature reviews.After combining a large number of literature studies,the relevant evaluation index system and evaluation model of urban resilience are defined,and then combined with BP neural network,verification analysis is performed on MATLAB software,and the key influencing factors of urban resilience are carried out using Tchaban algorithm.Explore and find out the indicators that have the greatest impact on the city’s resilience,so as to improve the city’s resilience and provide a certain reference for urban emergency managers.The research conclusion of this paper shows that the fit between the BP neural network and the city’s resistance evaluation model meets the requirements,and is verified by relevant actual data,indicating that the BP neural network can reasonably and accurately evaluate the city’s resistance.The analysis of the key influencing factors shows that the main factors affecting the city’s resilience are the city’s population factors,economic factors,and emergency facility construction.The main influencing factors of population factors are population density,the number of young adults per10,000 people and the number of people with higher education per 10,000 people,economic factors include the deposit balance of financial institutions in cities,and the construction of emergency facilities including the number of health institutions and other indicators.The conclusion is in line with common sense logic,indicating that the analysis of the main influencing factors of the Tchaban algorithm on the city’s resilience is relatively successful.Urban emergency management under public emergencies is a complex and large subject,which requires continuous efforts by many scholars.The main contribution of this article is to combine the actual data of Hangzhou,Nanjing,Shanghai,Beijing and other major cities from 2010 to 2018 to verify the city’s resistance evaluation model,and improve the accuracy and scientificity of the city’s resistance BP neural network evaluation model.And the BP neural network is applied to the research of urban resilience,which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional evaluation methods,enriches the research of quantitative model of urban resilience,and uses MATLAB software to implement the model,and uses information technology and emergency management in the field of The combination has opened up the perspective of emergency management methods and has certain practical application and reference value. |
