The Design And Implementation Of A Monitoring And Correction Module For Case Data Quality

With the gradual improvement of China’s legal system and the rapid development of information technology,the pace of the construction of people’s court information is gradually accelerated.As more and more intelligent case application platforms take case data as an important source,the task of improving the quality of court data is inevitable.Due to the complex logic of the court’s case handling system,the revision process is cumbersome and inefficient,an efficient data quality correction system is urgently needed to realize centralized data correction and monitoring,which promotes the application of intelligent platform.The case data quality monitoring and revision system aims to improve the quality of case data quality.First,obtain the data quality results of unqualified cases of the Supreme Court.Then,put the quality inspection item of the 15 method of the Supreme Court as revised standard,the revision of unqualified cases is systematized and centralized and handled by the responsible judge,which remove the data quality revised trial jurisdiction barriers.Finally,the revised data is monitored.This thesis describes in detail the requirements analysis,design and implementation of the data quality crawler module,case data reporting module,data quality correction module,data quality monitoring module,case retrieval module and task management module in the data quality monitoring and revision system.The data quality crawler module realizes the logical design of data crawler according to the needs of the Supreme Court and local data sharing.The case data reporting module realizes the design of the case reporting process for the revised case reporting requirements.The data quality correction module realizes the revised requirements through the configuration rules of data quality inspection items and the template design of quality inspection items.The data quality monitoring module realizes the statistical analysis of data quality inspection items and case revised data based on the monitoring requirements of data quality problems and revision situations.The case retrieval module realizes the retrieval requirements of different users.The task management module realizes the dynamic management of timed tasks on time threshold setting and manual update.The thesis strictly divides the scope of authority according to the different roles of users,and uses the distributed document search engine to store logs according to the unstructured data structure of the results of quality inspection items.The revised data quality monitoring system provides a set of revised data quality system for Tianjin People’s Court and puts into use.The thesis is based on the Spring Boot framework,relying on My Batis,Elastic Search,Quartz,Redis and other technologies.The thesis is tested in terms of function and performance to verify that the system meets the business requirements of case data revision,reporting,monitoring and retrieval with high performance and fast response capability.Since the launch,the operation is smooth and the application effect is good.
