The Design And Implementation Of The Inspection And Evaluation Of Data Quality System For Court Based On Spring MVC

The development of information technology has driven revolution in all sectors of the society.Nowadays,information technology and automation have permeated into daily works of the courts.With the maturity of big data,the Supreme Court began to collect and mine the countrywide judicial data massively,hoping to improve the efficiency and service capacity of all people’s courts through the analysis of judicial big data.Due to the characteristics of judicial data,such as various forms,long time span and serious human influence,the quality of collected data cannot be guaranteed,which impede the analysis work of judicial big data.Therefore,courts of all levels should inspect and evaluate their own data’s quality before collecting,and find out the reasons of the problems of low-quality data as well as the methods to improve the data’s quality.At present,Tianjin Higher People’s Court has built a preliminary system of data inspection and evaluation.However,the implementation of system functions has not achieved the expectation of requirements.There are two main reasons,one is that the evaluation model of judicial data is not improved,another is that the maintainability of the system is too weak to modify.This thesis put forward a new system solution for the data quality inspection and evaluation system of Tianjin Higher People’s Court.The solution propose a system design method which can be highly manageable and expansible,based on Spring MVC framework,and other technologies like Hibernate and Quartz,with using some design patterns.Firstly,this thesis introduces the system requirements and the model of data inspection and evaluation.Secondly,it describes the design of the system,divides the system into four modules which are configurations management module,calculation module,test module and results presentation module,and gives the design of each module in detail.Then this thesis demonstrates the specific implementation of each module of the system,and gives the system test process and the results.Finally,all the work done in this thesis is summarized and prospected.The project has been deployed and applied in Tianjin Higher People’s Court with a good effect,and its main functions and extensibility meet the requirements of the court for data quality inspection and evaluation well.
