E-government is a change in the management style of the government with the development of modern information technology and network technology.It provides a new path for the government to better achieve transparent government affairs,effective provision of public services,reconstruction of government-enterprise-citizen relations,and democracy.It is also a prerequisite for the development of future smart government,necessary for efficient government management.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party and the Country have attached great importance to the development of informatization and e-government.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at a national conference on the work of cybersecurity and informatization in 2018 that promoting the construction and development of e-government is an important part of the cybersecurity and informatization undertaking and an important way to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities through informatization.Taking the G2E(Government to Employee)service model,one of the four e-government models,as the research object,this paper aims to seek the factors that influence the satisfaction with the G2 E service model of Meishan,find the path of influence,analyze the reasons,propose suggestions for improvement,provide theory and practice reference for the e-government development,and improve the effectiveness of digital governance.Methods of literature research,empirical analysis,questionnaire survey and interview were applied in this paper.It sorted out e-government development situation at home and abroad,built an evaluation model for the satisfaction with G2 E service model based on the relevant theories of e-government,satisfaction,electronic service quality scale and new public management,put forward four hypotheses,and designed questionnaires to survey employees of Meishan Municipal Government.Reliability test,validity test,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis on survey data were conducted.Based on the empirical analysis result,this paper verified the hypotheses,analyzed the cause of the problem and put forward policy suggestions.According to the research,efficiency,system availability,performance and tangibility are the influencing factors of the satisfaction with G2 E service model of Meishan.All the four have a positive correlation with the satisfaction,among which,efficiency has the greatest influence on satisfaction,followed by tangibility,system availability,and performance.At the same time,this paper analyzed the reasons for the low satisfaction from four aspects,and proposed five suggestions for improvement.
