On the background of promoting comprehensively deepening reform policy,Ministry of Public Security launched the policeman’s Position and Ranks system reform in 2018.police department in various regions had successively completed the reform of the three systems,comprehensive,law enforcement,and technology.All this marked our police department are growing professional.It aims to complete the classified management of the public department,strengthen the attractiveness to professional talents,improve the position setting and promotion mechanism in those three new Positions and Ranks system,and alleviate the current situation of slow promotion,vacancies of positions,and avoid the phenomena such as "single-plank bridge",in order to improved the benefits of the all police and stabilized the team of police force.First of all,this article is based on theoretical hypothesis,by questionnaire surveys and interviews with the young police of the Public Security Department of X Province,to understand their evaluations and feelings about the reform of the police positions and ranks system.Sum up three factors for evaluating the reform of positions and ranks system: policy credibility,policy rationality,and policy implementation;and three factors that reflect the working status of young police officers: professional loyalty,physical and mental burnout,and professional acquisition.Secondly,through pre-investigation,reliability,and validity tests,the variables of each dimension were revised;independent sample t test and one-way analysis of variance were used to test the influence of demographic variables on the difference of dependent variables.Finally,through regression and SEM,the influence relationship between job sequence reform and work status is discussed.At the last,this article draws the following conclusions:(1)the credibility of the policy has a significant impact on the young police.(2)the rationality of the policy has a significant impact on the young police.(3)the policy implementation has a significant impact on the young police.(4)the job sequence reform has eased the phenomenon of "post backlog" to a certain extent.Based on the results of empirical research,provide constructive suggestions for improving the police officer’s positions and ranks system,such as improving the salary structure of various ranks and eliminating systemic income differences;improving the rotation system and establishing a long-term reserve talent training mechanism;establishing supervisory leaders Groups,standardize the evaluation process of rank promotion,etc.,so that our young police can participate in the public security cause of our country in a more active state.
