Abstract/Summary:
The comprehensive management team is the most basic organization in Chongqing free trade port area,also the direct implementer of regional management.The members of the comprehensive management team directly serve the masses of enterprises in the port area,it is also the direct implementer of regional policies.Their work directly related to the implementation of the policy,the satisfaction of the enterprise masses and the development of the region.Optimizing the incentive mechanism of the members of the comprehensive management can not only promote the overall quality of the members of the comprehensive management team,improve their work enthusiasm,further improve their work efficiency,create a united and progressive working atmosphere,and promote regional social and economic development,but also enrich the study of incentive mechanism of China’s regional basic management staff and improve the role of modern incentive theory in public management practice.Both the practical and theoretical significance highlight the importance of the research of the incentive mechanism of the members of the comprehensive management.This research mainly adopts the method of preliminary data collection and analysis and field interviews,and takes the members of the comprehensive management as the research object,analyzes the current situation of the incentive of the comprehensive management team combined with previous data.Based on the results of data analysis,an outline of questions was designed for interview.Analyzing from the interview results,there are relevant problems of the existing incentive mechanism of the members of the comprehensive management,which mainly in the form of the lack of application of performance appraisal results,non-standard promotion mechanism and lack of pertinence in training and promotion,etc.By analyzing these problems,the reasons for these problems can be analyzed from the deviation of incentive concept,the lack of incentive system implementation and the lack of endogenous incentive motivation of the members of the comprehensive management team themselves.On this basis,combining with the theoretical study,the actual situation of the comprehensive management team and the expectations of the personnel,we start from changing the incentive concept,correctly finding the differences between fairness and justice,letting the people-oriented incentive idea always in mind,adhere to the principle of motivation,further improving the salary and welfare system,optimizing the promotion system,improving the assessment system,improving the training system,strengthening the reward and punishment system,etc.,and strengthening the connection between the incentive systems;focusing on releasing the inner incentive We focus on releasing the inner motivation and shaping our own value to create a more effective incentive mechanism.Combine the personal goals of the comprehensive management team with the organizational goals,improve the incentive mechanism,enhance the overall quality and ability of the brigade personnel,stimulate the enthusiasm of work,enhance the sense of responsibility and dedication,so as to comprehensively improve administrative efficiency and promote regional development.The comprehensive management team incentive issues involve a wide range of fields and contents,and it is still in the development stage.The team has not existed for a long time,due to the limitation of the existing data,research results,and basic guidance,the research content is not deep and comprehensive,however,combined with the work to advance,it along with the progress of the work possible to find that a better incentive mechanism can promote regional development with better effectiveness.I hope this research can be beneficial to promote the reform of incentive mechanism of our regional basic management staff and regional development.
