Research On Optimization Of Enterprise Credit Supervision In WZ

Government credit,corporate credit and personal credit constitute the credit system of the whole society.Among them,enterprise credit occupies a very important position in the whole social credit system,and enterprise credit is directly related to the normal operation of the market economy,so enterprise credit supervision has always been an important part of government supervision.The reform of the commercial registration system puts forward the new requirements for enterprise credit supervision and improves the difficulty of enterprise credit supervision.Under the background again,this paper studies the optimization of the enterprise credit supervision system in WZ City.Research the use of literature method,comparison method and investigation method,based on information asymmetry theory,limited government theory and government regulation theory,overview of WZ enterprise credit supervision development,basic elements and regulatory planning,put forward WZ enterprise credit supervision problems,reasons,and under the theoretical guidance and experience at home and abroad,the optimization strategy.It is hoped that the research can provide strategic reference for the optimization of the enterprise credit supervision system in WZ City,and enrich the subject content of the enterprise credit supervision.The study found that there are mainly problems in the enterprise credit supervision in WZ City,such as backward supervision means,incomplete information collection,inadequate joint punishment of trust-breaking behaviors,and the failure of a diversified supervision pattern of enterprise credit.The reasons for the problems include the insufficient establishment of the credit supervision concept,the unestablishment of the coordination mechanism of the regulatory authorities,the imperfect regulatory laws and regulations and the slow construction of the credit system.To optimize the enterprise credit supervision system in WZ City,we should speed up the transformation of the government supervision thinking mode and innovate the enterprise credit supervision method;improve and improve the information collection and department cooperation ability with the information system,including promoting the construction of credit information system and promoting the return of credit data Promote cooperation between collection and sharing and data sharing;improve the regulation through enterprise credit regulation,including accelerating the credit regulation process,guarantee the incentive mechanism,establishing the enterprise credit system,including optimizing the organization and human resource base,and constructing multi-supervision system based on resource input.
