| Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the technological transformation of the Internet has accelerated,and the deep-seated contradictions in social transformation and reform have become increasingly prominent.Cyberspace has gradually become a new field for populists to encourage the public to express irrational opinions.With the unlimited expansion of Internet "technological empowerment" and the relative lag of network ecological environment governance,it provides an effective medium and breeding ground for the multi-field expansion of populism,shaping and promoting the "rapid growth" of Cyber populism.Based on this,analyzing and studying the essence of Cyber populism is of great practical significance to guide cyber citizen to reasonably express their demands and build a healthy,harmonious and orderly network ecological environment.Cyber populism is the specific manifestation of populism in the field of the Internet,the result of the inheritance and evolution of populism,and a new type of populism in the 21 st century.The first part of the thesis,on the basis of defining the related concepts of populism and Cyber populism,expounds the analysis and criticism of populism by classic Marxist writers through the study of classic texts.The second part sorts out the conditions for the formation of Cyber populism,and discusses the characteristics of Cyber populism.These features include inciting group confrontation with national interests,identifying with the value of mass cultural consumption,and causing social unrest with the pursuit of welfare.On this basis,it analyzes that the essence of Cyber populism is a protest politics that claims to represent "public opinion",which under the guise of "public opinion" becomes an extreme force to subvert mainstream ideology,and then becomes a public opinion tool to manipulate political movements.The third part explores the negative impact of Cyber populism,including the impact on my country’s mainstream ideology,the interference to the democratic order and the damage to the ecological environment of online public opinion,to provide a basis for the next governance path.Fourth,it proposes a specific path to eliminate Cyber populism.Specifically: First,enhance the awareness of the main body position,strengthen the Marxist network propaganda position,play the important role of online opinion leaders,and enhance the main body news and public opinion guiding function.The second is to eradicate the realistic soil for breeding,always adhere to the development strategy oriented to improving people’s livelihood,adhere to "shared" development,and guide citizens to participate in rational politics.The third is to build an ecological cyberspace,build a communication and coordination mechanism for the government and the public,strengthen the Internet public opinion information governance mechanism,and improve the online and offline connection governance mechanism. |
