Research On Supervision Issues Of Express Delivery Industry In Jiangxi Province

In recent years,relying on the development of network technology and e-commerce,the express delivery industry has continued to maintain a rapid development trend.It has not only played a bridge role in domestic and international trade,but also played a role in promoting the development of the online trading market and promoting employment.However,as the market share increases,unfair competition in the express delivery market has become increasingly serious,the market order has been seriously disrupted,the quality of express delivery services and express delivery safety have also been adversely affected,and the development of the express delivery industry has encountered bottlenecks.How to promote the healthy and orderly development of the express delivery industry,innovate the supervision methods,processes and content,and build a fair,just and orderly express delivery market environment are the important challenges which the supervision of current express delivery faced with.This thesis takes the supervision of express delivery industry in Jiangxi Province as the research topic,briefly summarizes the current research status of express delivery industry supervision at home and abroad,and clearly defines the concepts of express delivery industry,government supervision,and express delivery industry participants,combined with governance theory,collaborative governance theory and other public management theories,in view of the current problems in provincial supervision,in-depth analysis of the reasons for their existence,drawing on the advanced experience and achievements of the United Kingdom and the United States and other countries in the process of express delivery industry supervision,put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestion.The author has sorted out relevant information,distributed questionnaires to express users across the province,summarized and analyzed relevant data,and conducted research and interviews with express employees,express outlet operators,heads of express companies,and supervisory department staff.Based on the development status of express industry in Jiangxi province,this thesis analyzes the problems existing in the progress of development,which are mainly reflected in the overall low level of the industry,the prominent problem of low-price vicious competition,the prominent safety and service problems,and the quality of terminal services to be improved.Judging from the current situation of the supervision of the express delivery industry in Jiangxi Province,the exposed problems are mainly reflected in government supervision,industry supervision and social supervision.After in-depth analysis of the reasons,the author believes the main factors leading to these problems are the imperfect supervision system,lack of regulatory laws and regulations,unfair market competition,lack of development strength of industry associations and lack of attention to consumer supervision.By learning from the practical experience of foreign supervision and aiming at the actual situation of the express delivery market in Jiangxi Province,this thesis gives specific and feasible countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of improving the government supervision mechanism,optimizing the industry supervision and bringing the power of social supervision into full play,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of supervision in Jiangxi Province.
