Problems And Countermeasures Of Zhaoqing Express Industry Supervision

The continuous improvement of science and technology has promoted the vigorous development of the market economy,and also made the living standards of the people go up to a higher level.With the rapid development of science and technology and economic level,the express industry is becoming the critical node of the production and circulation link.As a new industry,the express industry has a multiplier influence on the national economy and the daily life of the residents.With the increase of the total amount of business and the share of business income,more and more enterprises have joined the competition of the express industry.The issue of government supervision of the express industry has gradually become an important issue.Through the analysis of the work of the Zhaoqing post administration bureau,this paper discusses the problems that the Department has appeared during the period of the development of the express industry,and then draws and summarizes the advanced supervision experience from the supervision of the express industry in the developed countries and regions such as the US,Japan and EU.The author thinks that the regulation of Zhaoqing express industry is optimized continuously,which should guide the law gradually to cover the supervision of express industry,and promote the construction of the law enforcement team from the government level,and integrate the multi-department contact law enforcement to improve the supervision efficiency and promote the continuous and stable development of the express industry in Zhaoqing.This paper expounds the research background of express delivery supervision,explains the concept of express industry and government supervision,and introduces the current research status at home and abroad as well as the status of the development and supervision of express industry in China.Moreover,by introducing the system,achievement and related experience of the government supervision of the Zhaoqing express industry,the real situation of Zhaoqing express delivery supervision is explored.From the angle of association organization,law and regulation,supervision system and so on,the problem of Zhaoqing express delivery supervision is studied,and the law construction,industry self-discipline,supervision content and so on are analyzed in the analysis of the problems.This paper analyzes the causes that cannot improve the level of supervision and guides the reform of Zhaoqing express government supervision from the aspects of promoting the enterprise to strengthen the primary responsibility,strengthening the level of supervision and improving the structure of the rule of law.From the perspective of public management theory and government governance,we put forward sincere opinions for the supervision reform of express industry in Zhaoqing.
