To build a powerful modern socialist country in an all-round way and continuously develop towards the goal of the second century,we must give full play to China’s unique institutional advantages.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,especially since the 18 th CPC National Congress,China’s socialist modernization has made historic achievements,which mainly depends on the huge institutional advantages formed by the comprehensive deepening of reform under the leadership of the party.Therefore,we should have a deeper understanding of the importance of giving full play to the institutional advantages and promoting economic and social development.Under the historical orientation of the new era,the changes of the century and the epidemic situation of the century are intertwined and superimposed,and various contradictions are becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,a systematic and comprehensive study of the institutional advantages in the socialist modernization since the reform and opening up is an important entry point for a correct understanding of the characteristics of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and a practical need to guide the construction of the national governance system and improve the national governance capacity,It is an urgent requirement for building a strong modern socialist country in an all-round way.The thesis consists of three parts: introduction,body and conclusion.The introduction part analyzes and discusses the background,significance,value and relevant research review at home and abroad of the research on the institutional advantages of socialist modernization since the reform and opening up.At the same time,it expounds and explains the research methods,key problems and possible innovations of the article.The main body is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the theoretical elaboration of the institutional advantage in the socialist modernization construction,which mainly combs the theoretical origin of the institutional advantage in the socialist modernization construction,and clarifies and explains the connotation and extension of the institutional advantage.The second chapter excavates the dimensions of institutional advantages in the socialist modernization since the reform and opening up.Based on the institutional changes of China’s reform,it expounds from four dimensions: shaping the collective rationality of institutional changes,removing the obstacles and obstacles of institutional changes,reducing the supply time lag of institutional changes and ensuring the long-term stability and cohesion of institutional changes.The third chapter condenses the characteristics of institutional advantages in socialist modernization since the reform and opening up,examines the institutional advantages in modernization from a dialectical perspective,and classifies the characteristics of institutional advantages into the characteristics of comparative advantage,local advantage and late-mover advantage.In the specific context of the "new era",the fourth chapter analyzes and considers the restrictive factors of giving full play to the advantages of the system in the socialist modernization construction,and mainly analyzes the reasons that hinder the exertion of the advantages of the system from three aspects: the shortcomings of the main body of the system implementation,the improvement of the system operation ability and the lack of the system risk prevention mechanism.The fifth chapter summarizes the practical path of giving full play to the institutional advantages in the socialist modernization construction in the new era.In view of the root causes of the current problems affecting the full play of the institutional advantages,it puts forward the path choice to ensure the full play of the institutional advantages from three aspects: strengthening the scientific top-level design of the system under the leadership of the party,improving the efficiency and operation efficiency of the system,and perfecting the institutional mechanism to prevent and resolve major risks.The conclusion briefly summarizes the research of this paper and looks forward to the development direction of the research on the institutional advantages of socialist modernization in the future.
