Research On The Sicentific Connotation And Practical Path Of The New Development Paradigm

On the basis of grasping the scientific connotation of the new development pattern,this paper attempts to explore the practical path of constructing the new development pattern,so as to provide reference and Enlightenment for promoting the construction of the new development pattern in our country.Firstly,the paper discusses the formation basis of the new development pattern thought.It is found that Marxist social reproduction theory and world market theory,as well as the economic wisdom contained in Chinese traditional culture,have laid the theoretical foundation of the thought of new development pattern;The strategic process of socialist exploration,the great practice of reform and opening up,and comprehensively deepening reform has profoundly explained the historical logic of the germination,development and establishment of the new development pattern;Profound changes have taken place in the world market,the international cycle is gradually under pressure,and the kinetic energy of China’s economic development is more transferred to the domestic cycle,revealing the realistic basis for the formation of the idea of a new development pattern.Secondly,it analyzes the scientific connotation of the new development pattern.On the basis of clarifying the concepts of international cycle and domestic cycle,this paper analyzes the core meaning of the new development pattern.It is found that the essential characteristics of the new development pattern are reflected in the overall development,deepening reform,risk prevention and goal orientation.To build a new development pattern,we should adhere to the leadership of the party,the people first,the system concept and the new development concept.Thirdly,starting from the main focus of building a new development pattern,this paper analyzes the practical path of the new development pattern.First,we should expand the domestic demand market from narrowing the income distribution gap,consolidating the achievements of poverty eradication,expanding investment in emerging industries and giving full play to the key role of the government,so as to lay a solid foundation for building a new development pattern;Second,improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation by breaking through the core technology,improving the ability of enterprises to innovate technology,paying attention to talent training and improving the innovation mechanism and system,so as to give birth to new development momentum;The third is to stimulate the vitality of building a new development pattern by deepening the reform of the circulation system,improving the competitive environment,deepening the reform of the factor market and deepening the reform of the business environment;Four,we will one of the "one belt,one road" country,smooth circulation of international elements of industrial chain,promote internationalization of RMB,promote international poverty reduction and cooperation,and promote the level of opening up to the outside world,and stimulate new development vitality.Finally,the article discusses the value implication of the new development pattern from two aspects of theory and practice,and finds that the new development pattern inherits and develops Marx’s social reproduction theory,which is a theoretical innovation of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics and provides a new theoretical guide for promoting China’s modernization development goal;Building a new development pattern is a realistic way to achieve the goal of common prosperity,a key choice to promote China’s high-quality economic development,and a feasible strategy for the stable development of the world economy.
