Research On The Countermeasures Of Improving The Professional Ethics Quality Of Domestic Workers

The construction of professional ethics is an important part of the moral construction of citizens in the new era,and is one of the basic contents of ideological and political education.The professional ethics of domestic workers is an important part of the ideological and political education of domestic workers,and the professional ethics of domestic workers reflects the moral sentiment and moral quality of domestic workers.Improving the professional ethics of domestic workers can meet the growing consumer demand of the new era of household consumption upgrade,and is in line with the general requirements of the moral construction of citizens in the new era,as well as the three-year implementation plan of the National Development and Reform Commission in the "Three-year Implementation Plan of the " Leader "Action to Deepen the Promotion of Quality and Capacity Expansion of Domestic Service Industry(2021-2023)".The National Development and Reform Commission’s "Three-Year Implementation Plan to Deepen the Promotion of Quality and Expansion of Domestic Service Industry"(2021-2023)calls for the "continuous improvement of the quality of domestic workers".The domestic service industry is closely related to people’s sense of access,happiness and security,and the level of professional ethics of domestic workers affects their own career development and the service experience of employers as well as the healthy development of the domestic service industry,so it is necessary to study the improvement of professional ethics of domestic workers.The content of this paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background of this paper,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,the significance of the research,the research method,and the innovation points.The second chapter explains the concept of professional ethical literacy of domestic workers.As the foundation of this study,this chapter explains in detail the basic contents of domestic workers,professional ethics,professional ethical literacy of domestic workers and the theoretical reference of professional ethical literacy of domestic workers,and elaborates the significance of improving professional ethical literacy of domestic workers.Chapter 3 illustrates the problems of professional ethical literacy of domestic workers,and concludes through questionnaire survey that some domestic workers lack the literacy of love and integrity,active service,respect for users,thrift and life safety.Chapter 4 analyzes the reasons for the problems of professional ethical literacy of some domestic workers,from subjective and objective perspectives,at the level of domestic workers themselves,at the level of government and at the level of domestic service enterprises.Chapter 5 discusses the countermeasures to improve the professional ethical literacy of domestic workers.Domestic workers themselves should improve the cognitive level of professional ethical literacy and strengthen the internal transformation of professional ethical literacy;the government should improve the professional ethical standards in the industry and improve the treatment of domestic workers;enterprises should enhance the training of professional ethical literacy and create a good corporate culture environment,and cooperate in many aspects to improve the professional ethical literacy of domestic workers.The government should improve the professional moral code in the industry and improve the treatment of domestic workers;enterprises should enhance the training of professional moral quality and create a good corporate culture environment.
