With the advent of the "Internet +" era,government services have also opened a new era.The rise and development of online videos has made government short videos gradually become a new trend in the development of new government media,and has also created a new era for government information disclosure and the provision of government services.new mode.How to promote public participation through government affairs short videos has gradually become an important content of government departments and academia.However,at present,relevant research is mostly concentrated in government affairs Douyin,government affairs Kuaishou and other fields,and there is little discussion on the public participation behavior of government affairs Bilibili.Based on the perspective of e-government,the thesis selects the "Communist Youth League Central Committee" that has been stationed on the Bilibili website and has achieved good development results as the research object,and takes the new public service theory,information ecology theory as the theoretical basis.The video information released by the "Communist Youth League Central Committee" at Station B takes the behavior of public participation in comments,public participation in liking,public participation in barrage behavior,and public participation in forwarding behavior as the specific dimensions of public participation behavior,and introduces content production,content organization,content Operation,content dissemination,and content consumption are specific indicators of influencing factors.Sampling survey method,questionnaire survey method,and linear regression analysis method are used to construct a research model of the influencing factors of public participation in government affairs short videos,and verify the relationship between each influencing factor and public participation behavior.relation.The empirical results show that,the subject category,video form,title stylistic characteristics,adding collection tags,and collaborative creation have significant differences on public participation behavior.There is no significant difference in the impact of public participation behavior that is closely related to the work content of the account owner.In addition,it is temporarily impossible to verify the relationship between the influencing factors of content consumption and public participation behavior.This paper provides theoretical references and practical suggestions for promoting public participation in government short videos.Based on the results of empirical analysis,the thesis extracts suggestions for promoting public participation in government affairs short videos: clarifying role positioning and shaping the image of the government;establishing an information classification mechanism to improve the quality of information release;expanding collaboration and building an information release matrix;Stimulate the enthusiasm of the public to participate;improve the working mechanism and promote healthy development.
