Research On Community Governance Optimization Of S Street,Tianhe District,Guangzhou

As the basic unit of society,community is the microcosm of grass-root society.Community governance,as an important area and content of state governance,concerns people’s well-being and social harmony and stability.General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed the importance of community governance many times."Communities are small but connected with thousands of families,so it is very important to do community work well" and "the focus of social governance must fall on urban and rural communities".With the advancement of urbanization in the new era,the problems of community governance gradually increase,and the optimization of community governance in the new era has become the inevitable choice to realize the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Therefore,from the perspective of the community governance,explore effective community governance model,optimization to improve community governance,has become a building work sharing the focus of the new pattern of social governance requirements,and respond to the masses of the people important concern,maintain the inherent requirement of social harmony and stability,is conducive to enhance the level of social service and improving the capacity of national governance,We will modernize China’s governance system and capacity.This paper focuses on community governance in S Street,Tianhe District,Guangzhou.S Street in Tianhe District has achieved certain results in the concrete practice of community governance,but it also faces some problems and obstacles.How to solve the problems facing S Street community governance and optimize the S Street community governance model is the focus of this response.The thesis consists of six parts.The first part describes the background,purpose and significance of the topic,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,research innovations and shortcomings.The second part introduces related concepts and theoretical basis.Define the core concepts of "community,community governance,Fengqiao Experience",and elaborate the theoretical basis of "governance theory,collaborative governance theory".The third part analyzes the current situation of community governance in S Street,Tianhe District,Guangzhou city.This paper summarizes the community governance of S Street from the basic situation,concrete practice and basic results,and finds the problems existing in the community governance of S Street.The outstanding problems are as follows: The process of governance is administrated,the main body of governance is single,poor governance performance evaluation.The fourth part analyzes the causes of community governance problems in S Street,Tianhe District,Guangzhou.Mainly from the institutional and non-institutional two levels to analyze the cause of the problem.The fifth part is based on the experience of fengqiao governance model in the new era.Focusing on the model of fengqiao experiential governance,summing up the governance experience and drawing inspiration.The sixth part is to optimize the S Street community governance countermeasures.From the concept,system,tool three levels,put forward the optimization plan.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole paper,puts forward the research conclusion and prospects.
