Research On The Application Of "Fengqiao Experience" In Social Governance Innovation Of S County In The New Era

"Fengqiao Experience" is created in the process of solving social contradictions,developed in the practice of the grassroots social governance,and extended to all-areas development during decades,thus formed a whole set of management plan.It became a model of grassroots social governance with Chinese characteristics,and has been widely used in grassroots social governance.This paper takes S County in Zhejiang Province as the research object,based on the characteristics of social governance in mountainous areas,integrates and draws on the model practice of "Fengqiao Experience",and explores the modernization experience of grass-roots social governance that is in line with the actual situation of the county and has the characteristics of S County.Through the use of literature research,case studies,field research and other methods,it is analyzed that the application of the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era to social governance has applicability in terms of conflict mediation,population management,public security prevention and control,and network governance.Based on the exploration of grass-roots practice in S County,this paper summarizes and sorts out the "Popular sentiment map to promote service" and "1+8+19+N" conflict and dispute linkage and joint adjustment work formed in the process of inheriting and innovating the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era.Mechanisms,"four platforms",and building a network ecological "lookout post" and a number of innovative measures such as grassroots governance mechanisms,conflict resolution,grassroots government service methods and governance methods,etc.,further discussed the use of the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era in Promote the analysis of difficulties,problems and causes encountered in the process of social governance in S County,and from the establishment of a positive and innovative social governance concept,the construction of a "five governance integration" social governance system,and the expansion of the social governance mechanism of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,To improve the level of synergistic and efficient social governance,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the innovation of grass-roots social governance in S County.These discussions combine theory and practice.On the theoretical level,they can enrich the research content of the "Fengqiao Experience" applied in grassroots social governance in the new era,expand the breadth and level of research,and help deepen the connotation and characteristics of the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era.The theoretical experience of verifying and innovating the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era has certain significance;at the practical level,it has broadened the application field of the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era,and has a certain reference value for improving the efficiency and quality of grass-roots social governance.It can be used as another vivid application practice of "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era.
