Since its establishment,the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to the cultivation of the power of party organizations in rural areas.The development process of rural grass-roots party organizations is closely related to the revolutionary construction of our party.No matter in revolution,construction,reform or in various periods of the new era,it has always played a mainstay role.In the new era,the main contradiction in our society has transformed into a contradiction between the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.The imbalance between urban and rural areas and the inadequate development of rural areas are particularly serious.In this process,rural grass-roots party organizations are The role and status in it is particularly important.The foundation of our party is in the countryside,and the construction of rural party branches is related to the prosperity and stability of the countryside,the foundation and foundation of the party’s governance,and the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation.The central leading collectives of all dynasties have made important instructions and arrangements for the construction and development of rural grassroots party organizations.Especially since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers has been regarded as the top priority of the work of the whole party,and a series of policy tilts have been carried out.Xi Jinping emphasized that strengthening the party building at the grassroots level in rural areas is a strong foundation for doing a good job in rural work.In order to adapt to the changes and development of rural work under the new situation,it is necessary to do a good job in building grassroots party organizations and build a leadership team with strong leadership ability and high overall quality.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and rural grassroots party organizations have undertaken important missions in the development and implementation of this strategy.The No.1 Central Document in 2022 emphasized the need to strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots organizations,and continue to investigate and rectify weak and scattered village party organizations.At present,rural party organizations have a new look.However,in the process of rural modernization in the new era,a series of problems have also appeared in some rural areas,posing unprecedented challenges to the governance capacity of rural party organizations.Based on the social background of the new era,this article comprehensively sorts out the important ideological and theoretical achievements of Marx,Engels,Lenin and the leaders of the Communist Party of China on rural construction and grass-roots party building,and summarizes the achievements of rural grass-roots party organization construction since the new era.After in-depth research,the performance of some rural grassroots party organizations in actual work is somewhat incompatible with their important responsibilities and glorious missions,and there are still deficiencies in combat effectiveness,political authority,ideology,and organizational mechanism construction.These deficiencies hinder the solid and steady advancement of the Party’s principles and policies in the countryside,restrict the Party’s ability to serve the masses,weaken the Party’s noble authority in the hearts of the people,and become a shackle for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.In the face of the emerging problems,this paper proposes that it is necessary to strengthen the grass-roots party building and promote the modernization of rural governance capabilities from four aspects:team combat effectiveness,political leadership,ideological leadership and governance vitality.Rural party organizations are the direct leading force in the implementation of rural governance work,and are the link between the party and the people,and play an important role.To make progress in the countryside,revitalize agriculture,and achieve a well-off society for farmers,it is inseparable from party members and cadres and party branches.Therefore,it is necessary to take multiple measures to realize the revitalization of rural organizations.
