Study On The Implementation Of Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations Promoting Rural Revitalization Strategy

In the speech to the 19 th Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed his decision to organize and implement the rural revitalization strategy.Under the background of the new era,the strategy of rural revitalization has become the key to the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas are the bridge and bond that the Communist Party of China closely connects with the masses of peasants at the grass-roots level.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the most important task in the new historical mission of Rural grass-roots Party organizations is to promote rural revitalization.At present,with the gradual implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the acceleration of the construction of a new socialist countryside,there are a series of problems in rural grass-roots Party organizations,such as low quality of Party members,weak service ability,low ability to lead economic development,and "micro-corruption".Therefore,how to solve these problems,ensure the rural grass-roots Party organizations to lead the Party members and the masses to promote the rural reform,development and stability work,not only need to seriously study and think,but also need to attach great importance to and solve.This paper adopts the methods of qualitative analysis,literature analysis,case analysis and experience summary to study the case of x district in Kaifeng,after the author conducted a survey of the rural grass-roots Party organizations to promote rural revitalization in the implementation of the strategy to collect data and archive materials,aware that the grass-roots Party organizations in the rural areas of area x have carried out full and vigorous practice in the overall planning,implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,provision of organizational guarantee,promotion of industrial development,leading the construction of rural civilization,and promoting the construction of ecological civilization,and achieved certain results,however,there are still some problems in the grass-roots Party organizations in x district,such as the lack of scientific planning,unreasonable cadre structure,low comprehensive quality of Party members,poor effect of promoting rural industry and economic development,and "micro-corruption".By analyzing the problem,there are the following reasons: the leading ability of the rural grass-roots Party organizations is not high enough,the political accomplishment of the Party members is not high enough,their own structure is bad,the business ability and vision of economic development are limited,and the supervision of the grass-roots Party organizations is neglected.In view of the above problems and causes,this paper puts forward countermeasures to promote the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations to promote the function of rural revitalization,it is divided into five aspects: strengthening the political leadership of the Party organization,improving the service ability of the Party organization,improving the ability of the Party organization to train the qualified personnel,improving the ability of the Party organization to lead the economic development,and perfecting the supervision and restraint mechanism of the Party organization.I hope that through a series of relevant studies,while improving the ability of grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas in x district to promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,can Do for other areas of Rural grass-roots Party organizations to promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy to help,provide reference.
