K County Supervisory Committee Under The Background Of Supervisory System Reform Research On Fulfillment Of Anti-corruption Functions

In order to promote the development of the supervisory system,my country has set up supervisory committee at the county,city,provincial,and national levels to work together with the party’s disciplinary inspection agencies.It also has two functions of supervision and disciplinary inspection,and includes all public officials under supervision.And further promote supervision legislation to ensure that the supervision committee has laws to follow and punish corruption.In the past,research on anti-corruption was mostly conducted in the fields of political science,management,etc.However,after the establishment of the supervisory committee,there are few studies on how the supervisory committee,especially the basic supervisory committee,performs its anti-corruption function.Based on the theoretical basis of power restriction and supervision theory and institutional anti-corruption theory,this paper combs through relevant literature on anti-corruption research at home and abroad.Three major aspects of the implementation of relevant research.First,a comprehensive summary and elaboration of the background of the reform of the supervision system,the establishment of the supervision committee and how the supervision committee performs its anti-corruption function will provide a basic framework for readers.Secondly,the K County Supervisory Committee is selected as the research object,based on the actual data collected from the investigation,and based on the idea of raising questions — analyzing problems — solving problems,conduct field investigations in K County and analyze the general situation of K County’s supervision system reform.The establishment of the K County Supervisory Committee,the positioning of the K County Supervisory Committee’s anti-corruption function,the current status of the K County Supervisory Committee’s anti-corruption function,and the problems in the implementation of the anti-corruption function,cause analysis and countermeasures.In this paper,by adopting literature analysis,case analysis,interviews and other research methods to analyze the K county supervisory committee in the process of performance of the functions of anti-corruption ideological understanding of the existence of defects,team construction does not adapt,working strength is weak,service quality is not strong,such problems as not enough publicity,and from the Angle of based on improving the quality and efficiency of the anti-corruption campaign,It is suggested that the performance of anti-corruption function should be strengthened from five aspects: changing ideology,perfecting coordination mechanism,allocating personnel strength,enhancing professional knowledge and paying attention to publicity work.The countermeasures and suggestions put forward in this paper also have a certain guiding and reference role for other grass-roots supervisory committees to fulfill their anti-corruption functions.
