Analysis Of The Path And Effect Of Private Enterprise Party Organizations Participating In Corporate Governanc

At present,the construction of my country’s market economic system has been mature and stable,and the number of private enterprises has been increasing.However,the development of any enterprise is inseparable from a sound and scientific governance structure.In this regard,private enterprises are still dwarfed by the strict governance structure of state-owned enterprises.For more than ten years,the red culture of party building has been spread in full swing in various industries across the country.In addition to the traditional state-owned enterprises that have established party organizations,many well-known private enterprises have begun to attach importance to the role of party organizations in corporate governance.General Secretary Xi Jinping has also repeatedly emphasized that strengthening the party building of private enterprises is related to the consolidation of the party’s long-term ruling foundation,the quality of the party’s own construction,and the prosperity and development of the party and the people’s cause.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence of private enterprise party organizations’ participation in corporate governance.It is hoped that the research in this thesis can enlighten the governance and decision-making of private enterprises in my country,and also enrich the current theoretical research.Based on principal-agent theory,stakeholder theory and Resource dependency theory,this thesis analyzes the importance of party organizations’ participation in governance to enterprises,and discusses the impact mechanism and effects of party organizations’ participation in private enterprise governance after referring to a large number of Chinese and foreign literature..In order to better correspond the theory with practice,this thesis takes Country Garden Holdings Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Country Garden),a leading enterprise in the real estate industry,as an example to analyze in-depth the impact of Country Garden on the operation of the company through four paths under the leadership of the Group Party Committee.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,the conclusion,corresponding enlightenment and insufficiency are put forward.The conclusions of this thesis are: First,the influence of private enterprise party organizations’ participation in governance on the company is extensive,especially the institutional arrangement of "two-way entry and cross-serving" allows more party members to hold key positions in the board of directors,board of supervisors and management,making the party organization more important.They begin to have the right to speak in the decision-making and operation of enterprises,and can influence the direction and content of decision-making to a certain extent.Second,the ways for private enterprise party organizations to participate in corporate governance are mainly reflected in the following four aspects: the party committee studies major economic decision-making matters in advance;the party committee strengthens ideological construction and fulfills social responsibilities;the party committee strengthens internal supervision and intensifies anti-corruption efforts;party committee participation Selection and optimization of talent training mode.Third,the final effect of the party organization’s participation in corporate governance is reflected in two aspects: financial status and non-financial status.The financial effect is reflected in the fact that the party committee studies major economic decision-making matters in advance,so that the party’s relevant ideas and policies are fully reflected in the business decision-making,which in turn promotes the further development of the enterprise.The non-financial effects are reflected in: the participation of party organizations in corporate governance promotes enterprises to focus on environmental protection and fulfill social responsibilities more autonomously and consciously,thereby enhancing the social image and reputation of the enterprise,and improving the "favorability" of the government;the participation of party organizations can improve the enterprise’s own management and control level,and create a good business environment;enterprises influence the behavior of other non-party members through party organization activities,so that they recognize the "red culture" of the enterprise,and personnel training measures improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The enlightenment of this thesis is: first,private enterprises should fully understand the importance of party organizations;second,strengthen the connection between party members and the masses within the enterprise through party building activities;third,local governments should formulate corresponding measures according to the actual situation of the enterprise Fourth,invite local private enterprises that have successfully established party organizations to preach to other private enterprises,and ultimately realize the common development of enterprises.
