Research On The Relationship Between Communist Executives And Corporate Violations In Private Enterprises

Corporate violations are closely related to corporate governance,and whether it is the subject of corporate violations or corporate governance,in the final analysis,it is necessary to study the executives.As the status of Communists and executives in private enterprises has become increasingly prominent in corporate governance,the Communist executives in private enterprises has become a trending topic in t he governance of violations with Chinese characteristics.Based on three factors of fraud,combined with principal-agent theory,corporate governance theory,upper echelons theory and traits theories leadership,this thesis makes a research on the executiv es’ background and corporate violations,and combines the theory of party cadres to discuss the influence of Communist executives on corporate violations in private enterprises.Through the exploration of these relations,we want to find out whether the ideological construction of Communists is successful,and whether the Communist executives suppresses irregularities in private enterprises.For this purpose,this paper selects the data of four years before and after the construction of party style of private enterprises in China as a research sample,and adopts a combination of theoretical and empirical methods to explore the relationship between Communist executives and corporate violations in private enterprises from the background of top management team.The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between Communist executives and corporate violations in private enterprises,indicating that Communist executi ves can effectively restrain corporate violations in private enterprises.Moreover,it is found that the constraints of Communist executives in private enterprises on irregularities is more obvious when the proportion of female executives is higher and the degree of marketization is lower.And the influence of Communist executives in private enterprises on corporate violations may be achieved through party organizations.Starting from the unique research situation in China,this paper links the Communist executives with corporate violations,and finds an important factor to curb irregularities.It provides inspiration for regulating the behavior of listed companies and maintaining the stability of the market economy,and it offers advice for the appointment of executives and improvement of governance mechanism in China.
