The Practice And Practical Enlightenment Of Women’s Work In Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia Border Region

The Communist Party of China has always regarded women as an important force in promoting social progress and development,and defines women’s work as a vital part of the great cause.Throughout the 100-year history of the Party,women’s liberation and development and gender equality have been consistently achieved.In the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region,focusing the cruel reality of women being oppressed and exploited,our Party insisted on combining the theory of advancing women’s liberation and women’s work with the reality of the border region and the great practice of the democratic revolution,and carried out a range of distinctive and effective working methods,which smashed the chains that restrained women,improved women’s cultural knowledge,changed women’s social and political status,and provided a successful model for other revolutionary bases,as well as laid a solid strength foundation for the final victory of the new democratic revolution.The valuable experience of the Party leading women’s work in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region provides an indispensable practical reference for the continuous strengthening and improvement of women’s work in the new era.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature analysis and comprehensive analysis,adheres to the principle of unifying history and logic,theory and practice,and analyzes the inevitability and reality of carrying out women’s work in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area on the basis of existing research results with theoretical root and realistic basis.Starting from five aspects of encouraging political participation,mobilizing labor practices,popularizing cultural knowledge,cultivating women cadres,and improving women’s organizations,the main contents of women’s work in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area were sorted out in this paper;based on this,the analysis conclusion of four outstanding achievements in the work of women in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area were obtained,mainly include:the legal rights and interests of women were effectively guaranteed,the ability of women to progress was significantly improved,and the organizational strength of women was fundamentally improved,and the "half the sky" role of women were brought into full play;finally,established in the historical responsibility of the great cause and great dream of the new era and the practical problems that women’s work needs to solve urgently,it is considered that the valuable experience of carring out women’s work of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area can provide practical inspiration for promoting the high-quality development of women’s work in the new era from four aspects:upholding the Party’s leadership,combining the themes of the times,paying attention to practical needs,and improving women’s capabilities.
