Study On The Countermeasures Of Public Security Bureau Disposal Of Civil Disorder In A City Of Inner Mongolia

In recent years,China’s economy and society have made considerable progress,and the development of the rule of law,education,ethnic groups and cultural undertakings has also accelerated.However,with the pattern of interest relations and distribution of interests among all parties in society being broken once again,social contradictions are constantly produced,resulting in the unbalanced economic and social development between urban and rural areas and among regions in China,and the widening gap between the rich and the poor,new Disputes and conflicts are accumulating and piling up.In addition,the people’s awareness of participating in politics and politics and the need to reflect social demands are stronger,as well as the influence of some foreign erroneous ideas are intertwined.If these social contradictions can not be alleviated or eliminated in time and effectively,once they are further intensified under the influence of a specific period or a specific factor,they may cause an outbreak of civil disorder,not only to the normal social order and public security caused harm,but also to the government’s public decision-making,government prestige,even ordinary people’s daily life brought great impact.The Public Security Bureau,as the main force to maintain social order and stability in our country,is in the front line of facing the masses directly in the civil disorder,and is the most direct and core disposer.Based on his eight years of grass-roots work experience in public security,the author of this article,from a city in Inner Mongolia in recent years more typical of the civil disorder,such as land expropriation and demolition,wage arrears,housing disputes,involved economic cases,public services and other prominent contradictions.This paper analyzes the types,characteristics and influences of the civil disorder,and puts forward the difficulties faced by the Public Security Bureau of a city in dealing with the civil disorder,the reasons for the existing problems and the countermeasures for improving the work,emphasizing that under the unified leadership of the Party Committee and government,we will give full play to the role of the Public Security Bureau and continue to improve the mechanism for intelligence collection,information research and judgment,on-site disposal,coordination and linkage,and further improve relevant laws and regulations,to provide more reasonable and effective countermeasures for city a’s Public Security Bureau to effectively prevent and dispose of civil disorder according to law.
