In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet big data technology,Chinese government departments have gradually shifted from traditional "paper-based office" to "paper-based office without tax cadres" in the way of office work.In this way of office change,traditional personnel management has also brought many new challenges,and the reform of personnel management has become inevitable.The 360 degree comprehensive evaluation of the lower level and the external system,strive to achieve the "one member" intelligent collection of tax personnel information,and the evaluation data can be compared horizontally and vertically,which can not only stimulate the enthusiasm of tax cadres,improve their comprehensive quality,but also promote the vigorous development of the tax cause.There are some deficiencies in the traditional personnel management of tax cadres,including the unsynchronized management of personnel information,the poor objectivity of personnel assessment and the lack of objectivity of competency evaluation.Therefore,the use of the tax "digital personnel" system can effectively make up for the deficiencies in the above aspects,so that the tax "digital personnel" system can be improved in terms of personnel management,and can better comprehensively and systematically analyze various data of personnel management through the combination of performance mechanism and daily management mechanism,so as to achieve scientific personnel management.The tax "digital personnel" system is an exploration of the personnel management model.It combines information technology,Internet technology,performance management and other concepts,and organizes a new personnel management model.With the help of science and technology,it reflects the"morality,ability,diligence,performance,integrity" and other capabilities of tax cadres in their daily work,and provides comprehensive,timely and accurate feedback with data,It plays a role in promoting the fairness,efficiency and comprehensiveness of personnel management,and makes the effectiveness of the tax department in personnel management of cadres a qualitative leap.
