A Study On The Countermeasures To Improve The Effect Of Rehabilitation Of Sick Criminals In Jiangsu Province

Prison,as an important institution of national execution of penalty,always adheres to the working concept of "combining punishment with reform and taking reform as the purpose".In the execution of punishment in our country,educating and reforming the sick criminals is an important part of educating and reforming the criminals,which is also the most difficult and complicated work.At the same time,the transformation of sick criminals is the same as that of ordinary criminals.It is also an important work to implement the overall national security concept,promote the high-quality development of prisons,and improve the image of prison law enforcement.Therefore,as a special transformed object,the sick offender needs the focus of the society.In order to better complete the transformation of the sick criminals,let the sick criminals better overcome their own shortcomings in thinking,behavior,control and willpower,how to further improve the effectiveness of the transformation of the sick criminals,make them overcome psychological obstacles,accept the transformation sincerely,and make themselves a law-abiding citizen through the transformation of behavior,which becomes the need for further discussion in the academic community The subject of.This study is based on the current situation of the reform and treatment of the sick criminals in the Central Hospital of Jiangsu Provincial Prison Administration.Through a questionnaire survey of 503 sick criminals,it analyzes the influencing factors and causes of the reform power,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the reform power of the sick criminals.Research analysis shows that.The Central Hospital of Jiangsu prison administration has four major problems in the transformation of sick prisoners,namely,the shift of emphasis in ideology,the congenital deficiency in educational power,the difficulty in the organization and implementation of education.The questionnaire survey analyzed the actual situation,mental state and psychological characteristics of the prisoners’ daily transformation,and found that health factors,family factors,skill factors and repentance factors were the key factors affecting their transformation motivation.Based on the analysis of the internal causes of the influencing factors,this study puts forward four basic principles:the principle of legality,the principle of correction,the principle of goal orientation and the principle of difference,from the aspects of the educational means,the educational mode,the educational content and the educational carrier of the disease criminals,and puts forward the idea of establishing the transformation as the purpose,the multi-level integration of the transformation of the disease criminals,and the gratitude of the disease criminals Four countermeasures to promote the reform of prison prisoners are to reform the brand and enrich the diversified education reform mode.
