| This paper aims to conform to the development trend of The Times,using literature,field interviews,questionnaires and other research methods,on the basis of referring to the evaluation standards of college teachers,combined with the actual situation of Suihua College,to study the status quo of its teachers’ scientific research ability,teaching ability,teaching staff structure,the number of teachers and so on,with the current situation of its teachers as the starting point.Identify the problems existing in the development of its teaching staff.Through investigation and research,Suihua College teachers exist problems such as low level of education and teaching,poor professional ability of teachers,unscientific structure of teachers and poor stability of teachers.Through the above problems,explore its causes,found mainly because of the lack of investment in the construction of teachers,management system is not scientific,management philosophy is not modern and other reasons.Through field research and data analysis,combined with the problems and causes of the problems,specific strategies for the comprehensive optimization of Suihua College’s teaching staff are made clear from the three aspects of teachers,colleges and universities and the government: strengthening the team construction planning,improving the teacher training mechanism,improving the guarantee of teacher team construction,so as to promote the improvement of the quality of its teaching team. |
