Military theory course as a general colleges and universities to open a public compulsory course,is the national law to give college students an important form of national defense education.It is more and more important to carry out the national defense education of ordinary colleges and universities to improve the professional development of military theory courses.Reflection of teaching has been paid more and more attention by educational researchers and educational practitioners.Reflection of teaching can really into the military theory course teaching activities,Reflection of teaching can be sustained,thorough and in-depth in the complex practice of teaching and behavior of teaching to play its due role,Military theory course teacher is the key to whether the reflection habit in their professional activities,improve the ability of the reflection of teaching.This paper chooses the teachers of military theory in colleges and universities in Fujian Province as the research object,which is composed of six dimensions:the reflection of teaching consciousness,the view of the reflection of teaching,the reflection of teaching mode,the reflection of teaching content,the effects of reflection of teaching and external factors that affect reflection of teaching questionnaire,the investigation found that teachers' understanding of teaching reflection is obviously inadequate,the way of reflection is more simple,the content of reflection is simple and so on.Subsequently,the author through the preparation of interview outline,randomly selected 11 military theory teachers,in-depth understanding of teacher teaching re:flection situation.The author finds that there are many problems in the teaching reform of military theory teachers in colleges and universities.These problems will directly determinc the quality of teaching of military theory teachers.The author explains and analyzes the problems and analyzes the results of the questionnaire and interviews,Put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions.This article mainly from four parts of the study.The second part mainly analyzes and analyzes the questionnaire,interview and case.The third part analyzes the factors that influence the reflection of teachers' teaching in military theory,and finds out the factors that influence the teaching of military theory teaching.The fourth part of the proposed strategies to promote reflection and recommendations.
