Study On The Ideological And Political Work Ability Of Rural Grassroots Party Members And Cadres In Heilongjiang

Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,Rural Party Members are the important power to mobilize the masses and concentrate the core,as well as an organizational guarantor to implement various national policies and measures to the grassroots.The improvement of the party cadres’ ideological and political work ability has a close relationship with the rural economic development and the implement of our country’s rural development strategy.In the face of the fast development and change of the current ideological and political work,if the party members and cadres in the countryside still adhere to the regulations,it will be difficult to implement the project,which will result in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Only by constantly broadening the horizon,establishing and improving the new long-term mechanism,and constantly improving the ability of ideological and political work,can the ideological and political work be full of vitality.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the ideological and political work ability of rural grassroots Party cadres.This paper explains the theory of the ability of ideological and political work of rural grassroots Party members,and clarifies the relevant concepts of Party cadres,including the role of rural grassroots Party cadres,the connotation and theoretical basis of the ability of ideological and political work of rural grassroots Party members and cadres,and the relationship between the ability of ideological and political work of rural grassroots Party members and grassroots party building and rural revitalization.Through field visits,this paper analyzes the problems in the ideological and political work ability of rural grassroots Party cadres in Heilongjiang province,such as political ability to be improved,innovation ability to be strengthened,learning ability to be deficient and propaganda ability to be deficient,which are caused by ideological deviation,lack of innovative talents,weak theoretical foundation and low information literacy.Finally,it should adhere to the overall leadership of the Party,adhere to the principle of combining theory with practice and the principle of combining education with self-education,and promote the construction of the team of rural Party members and cadres,establish and improve the incentive mechanism of ideological and political work,implement the normal theoretical learning system,strengthen the guidance of rural party members and cadres to the masses and establish a perfect supervision system to standardize the exercise of power.This paper provides corresponding strategies for improving the ideological and political work ability of rural grassroots Party cadres in Heilongjiang Province.
