The use of information technology,including the Internet of Things,to improve the efficiency of handling the affairs of the authorities is one of the themes of government information technology work.In recent years,the number of cases filed and the number of punishments imposed by various types of discipline inspection and supervision organs at all levels are in a rapid growth stage,but limited by the management and confidentiality regulations of discipline inspection and supervision paper files,it is inconvenient to manage case files and find information in closed archives,which brings great challenges to file management and case file utilization and largely affects the efficiency of discipline inspection and supervision.To address this painful problem,this paper proposes a method to upgrade the existing management and use mode of the discipline inspection and supervision file catalog by combining QR code,data compression technology and mobile APP,while ensuring security.The specific idea is to develop a PC-based file management program that manages the directory information of each file and generates QR code stickers that can be attached to the file boxes,and to develop an APP that can run in a non-networked environment and be installed on a mobile terminal device that is not connected to the Internet,so that staff can carry it into the closed file room and be directly informed of the file directory information by scanning the QR code of the file boxes..At the same time,compression algorithms need to be introduced into the QR code formation and reading process in order to enable the QR code to store larger volumes of catalog information.Firstly,several newer lossless data compression algorithms are studied in the paper,and through comparative analysis,Brotli is selected as the compression algorithm in the system development.Secondly,the discipline inspection and supervision file management program is developed based on JavaEE,and the main functions include file directory information management,generation and management of QR code images for file box stickers and QR code image printing.In the QR code generation stage,the Brotli compression algorithm is called to achieve more data information amount into the QR code.Finally,an Android-oriented APP is developed to realize offline scanning,decoding and catalog information presentation of QR codes on file boxes of volumes.This paper applies Brotli compression algorithm and QR code technology to file catalog management in specific scenarios,ensuring the security of sensitive data access without internet access.
