Research On The Governance Effectiveness Of China’s New Political Party System

Reform and opening up is a key move to determine the fate of contemporary China,and an important engine to drive the continuous progress of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed to comprehensively deepen reform,the CPC has always focused on strengthening and improving national governance,and promoted the better transformation of China’s institutional advantages into national governance effectiveness.As the core part and concentrated embodiment of modern democratic system,the party system determines the level of governance of a country.The new political party system in China,as a brand new political party system in the history of human political civilization,has significant advantages in promoting China’s economic and social development in various aspects.On the new journey of promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization,how to better transform this unique advantage into national governance efficiency,so as to inject new vitality into the overall construction of a socialist modern country,is an issue of the times that must be answered in the process of innovation and development of China’s new political party system.This article focuses on the unique advantages of China’s new political party system,focusing on how its institutional advantages are generated,reflected,and transformed into governance effectiveness.This is the writing logic of this article.From the perspective of generative basis,the new political party system in China,as a self growing political party system,has unique Chinese characteristics in three dimensions:theoretical basis,historical basis,and practical basis.In terms of institutional advantages,China’s new political party system is closely united in inter party relations,forming the advantage of cooperative governance;In the relationship between the party and government,there is a characteristic of multi subject collaborative governance,forming the advantage of consultative governance;In the relationship between the party and society,it presents a broad representation of interests,forming the advantage of democratic governance.These three aspects demonstrate unique advantages over the Western political party system,which can widely gather consensus,promote scientific and democratic decision-making,and concentrate efforts to do great and good things in the process of modernization of national governance.From the practical path of improving the governance efficiency of China’s new political party system,it is necessary to start from the following aspects.One is to build a new theoretical system of political party system and increase the knowledge supply of political party system.Secondly,we need to strengthen the capacity building of governance entities and improve the "one core and multiple"political party governance structure.Thirdly,we need to improve the new political party system,promote the coordinated and efficient operation mechanism,and achieve the advantage transformation from "Chinese system" to "Chinese governance".
