Research On Grassroots Grid Social Governance In Weifang Binhai Economic And Technological Development Zone

Innovating grassroots grid social governance is a significant work in promoting and improving the grassroots social governance system,which is highly in line with the new deployment and requirements of the central government in strengthening and improving social governance.However,there are still some problems in current grassroots grid social governance.Studying,solving and improving these problems can further enhance the effectiveness of grassroots grid governance.In order to comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of grid management services,the Binhai District of Weifang City,based on its own actual situation,has highlighted the leadership of party building and effectively implemented grassroots grid social governance.Various grids such as ideology,comprehensive governance and stability maintenance,safety and environmental protection,epidemic prevention and control,migrant worker salary guarantee,and living environment improvement have been reorganized and integrated into the party building grid,with a wide coverage,full functionality,fast response,and linkage between upper and lower levels A seamless and seamless grid based service management system for all elements,achieving "one network coordination and multi network integration".This article uses methods such as case analysis,questionnaire survey,and interviews to explore the specific practices and achievements of grassroots grid social governance construction in Weifang Binhai District,taking the situation of grassroots grid social governance in Weifang City as the research object.It includes four aspects:policy implementation effectiveness,grid member team construction,participation of multiple entities,and departmental coordination and operation,Analyzed the problems and reasons that exist in the process of grid construction.Optimization measures have been proposed from the aspects of improving relevant policies,mobilizing diverse entities to actively participate,stimulating the internal motivation of party members,and improving the evaluation mechanism,providing certain reference significance for the exploration of grassroots grid governance in other regions,especially in development zones.Through the study of grassroots grid social governance in Weifang Binhai District,the author found that only by comprehensively strengthening the leadership of the Party,implementing work tasks in detail,and striving for public recognition and support,can the goal of grassroots grid social governance be promoted.Therefore,in the process of grassroots social governance,it is necessary to take the demands of the masses as the starting point and foothold of all work.Under the leadership of the Party,through party organizations at all levels,integrate resources from all aspects,and gather strong forces to promote economic and social development,in order to achieve a virtuous cycle of grassroots social governance.
