Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of "Party Building + Micro-Grid" Governance In Rural Areas Of L City

With the in-depth advancement of the rural revitalization strategy,rural socia L governance led by party building is gradually emerging.Based on the governance practice of L city,This paper summarizes the achievements made in the "Party Construction +Microgrid" governance in the rural areas of L city,including comprehensive strengthening of the party’s leadership,enhancement of democratic autonomy,adjustment of rural management methods,comprehensive development of rural society,and more effective construction of clean and clean rural areas.It deeply analyzes the problems of weak political construction,incomplete organizational system,low management efficiency,and poor assessment and incentive results due to the deep-rooted feudal residua L ideology,scattered rural grid power,insufficient management system support,and lack of support for supervision and assessment.Finally,this paper improves grid governance capabilities from the perspective of political strengthening,builds a complete grid governance system from the perspective of strengthening grass-roots governance system construction,builds a governance mechanism for co-construction,co-governance and sharing from the perspective of national participation,and improves the assessment from the perspective of strengthening the benign interaction between the government and the people.It puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in four aspects related to the incentive mechanism.Through the research on the "party building + microgrid" governance in the rural areas of L City,we will continuously improve and expand the efficiency of rural governance,and lay the foundation for expanding the theoretical research on grassroots governance and the exploration of practical samples.
