Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In Promoting The Work Of "one Village, One Police Assistant

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed to "strengthen the basic work in rural areas and improve the rural governance system that combines autonomy,rule of law and rule by virtue",and at the same time,the Central Rural Work Conference in 2021 proposed to "build safe villages and ensure that rural society is full of vitality,harmony and order",for which the national public security system comprehensively promotes the community policing strategy.The community policing strategy also puts forward new requirements for rural policing in Shandong Province,and the promotion of "one village and one police assistant" is a new model for community policing to adapt to rural policing.The work of "one village and one police assistant" can effectively maintain the harmony and stability of the grass-roots level,improve the social governance ability of the grass-roots level,resolve public security problems,make every effort to maintain social order and stability,better promote rural economic development,and further improve the happiness and satisfaction of the people.County A actively responded to the construction of community policing in rural areas,promoted the work of "one village and one police assistant",effectively reduced the rate of illegal crimes in rural areas,and achieved good results.However,due to various reasons,there are also problems that cannot be ignored in the promotion of the work of "one village and one police assistant".This paper,by combining the domestic and foreign of community policing and rural police assistant research,combined with the problems in the practical work,work summarized "one village police assistant" in A county R town,from A county R town part of the village "one village A police assistant" to promote the problems existing in the work,through the county R part of the village "one village police assistant" the actual working state investigation,using the theory of social governance system of police assistant system in rural governance problems and its specific analysis and study,on the basis of "one village police assistant" work in promoting optimization countermeasures.It is not only helpful to deal with the new challenges of the public security infrastructure construction,but also helpful to provide reference for comprehensively deepening the reform and strengthening the socialist public security police work.
