Study On The Practice Of Foreign Trade Management In NingXia Hui Autonomous Region Under The Perspective Of Policy Implementation

In the context of economic globalization,the scale of international trade management policy is expanding gradually.Positive government management of foreign trade is very important to the development of China and local foreign trade.The NingXia Hui Autonomous Region is located in the northwest of China,the development of foreign trade is particularly important as a relatively backward inland region,so NingXia has introduced a number of policies to stabilize foreign trade.At present,there are relatively few research results on the government management of foreign trade from the perspective of local government,the research on foreign trade of NingXia is also scarce.In this context,this paper studies the foreign trade management of NingXia(mainly in 2020-2022),so that NingXia can understand its own development situation more objectively and clearly,and put forward my policy suggestions on local foreign trade according to the research results.Under the guidance of policy implementation theory,this study discusses the influence of foreign trade policy implementation on the development of foreign trade in NingXia.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of NingXia’s foreign trade during 2020-2022 in detail from the aspects of NingXia’s foreign trade data,foreign trade mode structure,foreign trade partner structure,etc.Secondly,it discusses the basic situation of the implementation of foreign trade management policies introduced by NingXia Government during 2020-2022.Combining with the development of Ningxia’s foreign trade during this period,this paper analyzes the effectiveness,problems and reasons of the implementation of NingXia’s foreign trade management policies.Finally,combining with the actual development of foreign trade in NingXia,this paper puts forward detailed countermeasures and suggestions for improving the foreign trade management policy and its implementation from four aspects:improving the resource conditions of NingXia’s foreign trade management policy,improving the service capacity of NingXia’s foreign trade policy implementation agencies,improving the main role of the current group,and rational use of policy implementation means.To play a positive role in guiding and promoting the development of foreign trade,in order to promote the development of foreign trade in NingXia,so as to promote the development of NingXia Hui Autonomous Region’s export-oriented economy.
