| The law-related network public opinion crisis poses challenges to the judicial organs to properly prevent and respond to them due to its strong involvement in the case,high degree of attention,high sensitivity,and strong conflict,and the risk of damage to judicial credibility caused by poor handling is extremely prominent,and it will also cause harm to social harmony and stability.The purpose of enhancing the credibility of the judiciary.Therefore,this paper focuses on the prevention and response of law-related online public opinion crises in Area D,takes the 4R crisis management theory as the research framework,and starts from the two typical cases of online public opinion crisis that occurred in the People’s Court of District D,"many people stormed the police station and injured the police only received suspended sentences" and "the staff pushed and shoved the clerk causing him to fall",substituted the four stages of reduction,preparation,response and recovery in the 4R crisis management,conducted retrospective,analysis and reflection,and analyzed the current situation of prevention and response to the Internet public opinion crisis of the People’s Court in District D.The four problems existing in the work,such as weak awareness in the reduction stage,lagging monitoring in the preparatory stage,passive handling in the response stage,and laissez-faire in the recovery stage,are sorted out,and a relatively complete prevention and response strategy is given to provide reference for other regions to prevent and respond to law-related network public opinion crises. |
