| With the development of the big data era,all kinds of We Media are widely used and spread,and We Media gradually enter people’s daily life.With the popularity of mobile smartphone terminals and computer terminals,the cost of sending and acquiring information is close to zero,and the powerful amount of information and high convenience have made the attention of China’s We-Media higher,meanwhile,the proliferation of information more and more serious.This new way of communication,"self-talk",is not only impacting traditional media,but also the government is under heavy pressure.The information is easily discussed on the Internet,the probability of public opinion on the Internet becomes higher,and the accumulation of negative public opinion information will become a sudden crisis event,which will develop into a public opinion crisis if not handled properly,testing the overall response level of the current government public opinion.In the new era of deep involvement of We Media,We Media platforms such as microblogs,We Chat and short videos have gradually become the main way for people to get information,and the public can express their feelings on We Media at any time,and the media and the public have become more concerned about and involved in public opinion events,so the government is facing the normalization of online public opinion response.How the government adopts corresponding countermeasures to deal with online public opinion will directly affect the guarantee of government credibility and the establishment of public service image.How the government can take specific countermeasures to respond to public opinion,lead the development of online public opinion in a healthy direction,expand the scope of spreading positive energy on the Internet and eliminate the bad influence caused by public opinion is a practical issue that the government has always had to face squarely.Based on Agenda Convergence Theory,Situational Crisis Communication Theory and Collaborative Governance Theory,this paper analyzes and researches the issues related to how the government applies strategies in the context of online public opinion response in the era of We Media in five main chapters.By analyzing the current situation of government response,firstly,the specific practices of China’s government online public opinion response in the era of We Media are analyzed,starting from the composition of public opinion response departments,cooperation in public opinion research,the introduction of policies and regulations,and the use of technology,etc.The dilemmas in China’s government online public opinion response strategy are analyzed,and then what are the specific reasons for the existence of these problems according to the dilemmas.Then,analyzing specific cases to provide experience for the study and put forward some actionable suggestions for improving the credibility of China’s government. |
