Research On The Construction Of Rural Grass-roots Party Organization Construction Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The rural revitalization strategy is an important strategy to solve the "three rural issues" at the current stage in China.As an important hand for the Party Central Committee to carry out rural work,the rural party organization plays an important role in promoting rural revitalization.To achieve rural revitalization,we need to give full play to the important functions of rural grass-roots party organizations,play a good role in connecting the party and rural masses,play a good role in the "backbone" of rural grass-roots party organizations in rural revitalization,play a good role as a leader in promoting rural revitalization,and more effectively lead the farmers to achieve comprehensive rural revitalization.In the important period of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively connecting with the rural revitalization,the work of rural grass-roots party organizations faces new opportunities and challenges,and also puts forward higher requirements for rural grass-roots party organizations.Rural grass-roots party organizations should not only consolidate their leading core position,but also become the backbone of leading rural economic development,guiding rural cultural prosperity and promoting rural governance.This article mainly starts from the rural revitalization led by grass-roots party organizations.Through literature research,field research and interviews,it analyzes the problems of weak political leadership,insufficient mass cohesion,inadequate implementation of organizational systems,unreasonable construction of party members in the rural revitalization led by grass-roots party organizations in X Town,Tongliao City.In combination with the needs of rural revitalization strategy The reasons are analyzed from the perspective of rural talent resources.Based on case analysis and theoretical discussion,reasonable suggestions are put forward from the aspects of enhancing the political construction of rural party organizations,serving the masses,building the ranks of party members,and building systems and mechanisms,so as to provide reference for other grass-roots governance.
