The Cultivation Of College Students’ Craftsman Spirit From The Perspective Of Iron Man Spirit

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that we should “ build a large army of knowledge-based,skilled and innovative workers,carry forward the spirit of model workers and craftsmen,and create a glorious social fashion of labor and a spirit of dedication to excellence.” In the Government Work Report of2018,it is also mentioned that “we should comprehensively carry out quality improvement actions,promote the achievement of standards in line with international advanced standards,carry forward the spirit of craftsmen,and bring about a quality revolution made in China.”In this process,the spirit of craftsmen has become an important source of spiritual power for workers.Since the development and construction of Daqing Oilfield,the great spirit of craftsmanship,iron man spirit,has been born.Under the guidance of iron man spirit,the vast number of petroleum people have made remarkable achievements in the process of contributing energy to the motherland,in the great practice of the city’s overall construction and in the continuous self-improvement and self-development.This article is based on the deep analysis of the high consistency of the connotation of iron man spirit and craftsman spirit,and explores how to cultivate the craftsman spirit of college students from the perspective of iron man spirit.This paper combines questionnaire survey with literature review.Firstly,it analyses the high consistency of craftsman spirit and Ironman spirit at the connotation level.This paper expounds the necessity of cultivating the craftsman spirit of college students from the aspects of promoting the transformation of China into a powerful manufacturing country,realizing the transformation and development of China’s society,and promoting the all-round development of college students’ quality.Through the study of the current situation of the cultivation of College Students’ craftsman spirit,this paper makes an analysis of the reasons for the existing problems in the cultivation of College Students’ craftsman spirit.Aiming at the problems existing in the cultivation of craftsman spirit of College students,this paper takes the iron man spirit as the carrier of thought guidance,and puts forward relevant countermeasures from the aspects of cultivation content,cultivation method,cultivation system,cultivation Team and cultivation object,with a view to providing strong talent support for Made-in-China,Created-in-China and Intelligent-Made-in-China.
