| In the context of the deepening population aging in China,the community-based elderly care model has become an important option for the high-quality development of elderly care services in the new era with its own advantages.This also makes it urgent to further optimize and upgrade the community elderly care model.At the same time,humans are entering the intelligent era of "human-machine integration",and it has become a new trend to build an inclusive robotic service system to play a realistic value.Therefore,this paper innovatively integrates the inclusive robotic service system with the community elderly care model,and takes the construction of the community elderly inclusive robotic service system as the practical research objective of this paper.Through theoretical research,this paper innovatively proposes a product service system design method based on scenario theory as a theoretical support and path guide for practical research.The practical research in this paper is oriented by scenario thinking and integrates feasible tools such as user interviews,KJ method,Kano model,QFD analysis method,extended service blueprint,and System Usability Scale(SUS).Specifically,the scenario is always implemented,and the needs of elderly people in different scenarios of community elderly care are explored,analyzed and evaluated,and the needs are transformed into the characteristics of the communal robot and related services based on this,and the innovative design strategy of the scenario-based community elderly communal robot service system is finally concluded.Under the guidance of the strategy,the innovative design of the community elderly inclusive robot service system model,scenario-based extended service blueprint,robot hardware system,and robot service scenario model is developed to form a set of community elderly service scenario-based intelligent solutions.The significance of this paper is to guide the practical research by effectively combining theory and methodology to build a scenario-based community elderly communal robot service system,and to promote the transformation and upgrading of the existing community elderly care model toward diversification,wisdom and localization;at the same time,it provides theoretical and practical verification that the communal robot can solve social problems with a service system driven by the two wheels of "technology+design". |
