The Research Of Rural Left-behind Children’s Health Medical Product Service System Design

Today, the "left behind children" as a special social group has received national and social concern, and the problem of left behind children has developed into a social problem, which is a special product of China in the period of social transformation and it is derived from the "three rural issues". The problem of left-behind children will not only affect the healthy growth of children, but also is related to the vital interests of their parents. If the problem of left-behind children can’t be solved effectively, it will cause the latent danger of social order and social security. Meanwhile, it is related to the sustainable development of society and the construction of harmonious society in china.In addition, the essence of design is to improve people’s living environment, improve the quality of life, and serve people for a better life. The design has played an important role in many social problems such as energy, population, aging and other social problems, and the green design, sustainable design, universal design is the example which means these social problems are solved by design. In addition, service design is one of the important directions of sustainable design. The problem of left-behind children has been highly concerned about the country and society. Our countries has been helping the left-behind children by consummating the education system, improving the health care system and other measures.As designers, we apply the service design theory to the problem of left-behind children through the method of design which is the supplement to the related design field as well as making a contribution to help the left behind children. So the research subject is full of great theoretical significance and practical significance.This paper will focus on the rural left behind children’s health problems, and in the background of the paucity of research on rural left-behind children health care service system in our country. Then analyzing and summarizing the research status at home and abroad on the study of health care service system,and apply the design method of product service system to the health care of the left-behind children in the rural areas. At first, through the methods of on-the-spot investigation, interview and questionnaire survey to analyze and summarize the health care problems of rural left-behind children, then the author extract health care needs from rural left-behind children. And then combining the needs of these users and the design method of product service system in order to puts forward the design strategy of rural left behind children’s health medical product service system, including system elements, the design principle, design evaluation criteria and so on. At last, making a design practice of rural left behind children’s health medical product service system by using these design strategies which including the positioning of the product service system design of rural left-behind children health care as well as the specific design scheme.
