Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Community Service Management System

The sixth national census issued in April 2011 by the National Bureau of Statistics showed that the aging of China's population is accelerating.Due to part of the reasons for family planning,today's pension problem has arisen in the case of one couple supporting four elderly people.The pension problem has become a major problem for the entire country.To a certain extent,the emergence of intelligent community care for the elderly has solved the pension problem in Jinan City,and has solved most problems of the elderly in connection with the Internet in the daily life.Firstly,Java language,the object-oriented programming language,is adopted to carry out overall development of the entire management system of Jinan intelligent community care for the elderly.The framework of the system uses SSH integration framework for development and use,and assists in the use of MVC design mode and B/S network architecture mode.The system follows the hierarchical development of the three-tier architecture and adopts the idea of package in Java for the implementation of high cohesion and low coupling of the system to reduce the dependency between code to a certain extent.SQL Sever 2014 is chosen by the management system of intelligent community care for the elderly to store relevant data.The management system of intelligent community care for the elderly has designed and implemented six major functional modules,namely basic data management,elderly file management,activity management,service work order management,service team management,and service application for the elderly.Basic data management has implemented street area management,community service station management,service merchant management,service personnel management,community volunteer management,service project management,and terminal management.Elderly file management has implemented auditing of elderly file,information file management for the elderly,health record management for the elderly,medication record management for the elderly,medical examination record management for the elderly,treatment record management for the elderly,hobby management for the elderly,and tracking and positioning management for the elderly.Activity management has implemented activity type management,activity information management,and activity personnel management.Service work order management has implemented call screen,service work order management,return visit for service work order,complaint management for service work order,and return visit for complaint processing.Service team management has achieved service personnel management,service work order management,return visit for complaint processing,and team work order management.Service application for the elderly has realized product order acceptance,emergency rescue,life assistance management,and active care business.The implementation of the management system for intelligent community care for the elderly has solved the pension problem in Jinan to a certain extent.The daily life needs,service volunteers,doctors,and the daily activities have all been resolved,which relieving the young children's pressure and enrich the life for the elderly.
