Research On The Practice Path Of The Party’s Rural Propaganda Work In The New Era

Propaganda work is an extremely important work of the Communist Party of C hina,and it is our Party’s long-standing fine tradition and political advantage.C hina is a big agricultural country.Since the founding of the Communist Party of C hina,the Party has attached great importance to rural propaganda work and mobilized farmers to actively participate in the Chinese revolution,construction and reform.During this period,the Party has accumulated a lot of valuable propaganda work experience.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core have put propaganda work in a more important position in the overall work of the Party and the country,and significant progress has been made in the Party’s rural propaganda work.First,strengthen the system construction o f propaganda work.The formulation and promulgation of the Regulations on the Propaganda Work of the Communist Party of China fixed the valuable experience and effective practices of the Party’s long-term propaganda work,especially since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in the form of intra-Party regulations,and pushed the Party’s propaganda work to a higher level.Second,explore the effective mode of rural propaganda work and form typical cases.For example,the new era civilization practice center,the county-level media integration center,etc.,they have effectively promoted the implementation of the Party’s propaganda work in rural areas.This paper uses the method of literature research and historical analysis to sort out the theory and practice of the propaganda work since the founding of the Communist Party of China,and obtain the practical basis for the Party’s rural propaganda work in the new era.Starting from history,this paper analyzes the current situation of the Party’s rural propaganda work in the new era.And then combined with the existing problems,this paper draws the practice path of the party’s rural propaganda work in the new era,and points out that the party’s rural propaganda work will inherit and develop "fine traditions" and "political advantages" in the new era,which provides a useful reference for the Party’s rural propaganda work in the future.This paper mainly starts from the achievements and existing problems of the Party’s rural propaganda work in the new era,and analyzes the reasons for the current situation of the Party’s rural propaganda work in the new era.Through the analysis of the effective practices of the typical cases in the new era—the Shanghang model,the Haining model,the Yuyao model and the Hepu model,the achievements of the Party’s rural propaganda work in the new era are obtained: uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China;the functions of rural grass-roots Party organizations have been fully demonstrated;Internet innovates new ways of rural propaganda work;innovates the carrier of rural propaganda work;adheres to the idea of people-centered publicity.Then,it analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the Party’s rural propaganda work in the new era,and believes that the direct reason is that the grass-roots Party organizations have insufficient awareness of the responsibility of propaganda work and the prevalence of formalism.The fundamental reason is that there is no ability to adhere to the propaganda ideology of "taking the people as the main body",and there is no bridge between the Party and farmers.On the basis of summarizing effective practices,combined with practical problems,the practice path of the Party’s rural propaganda work in the new e ra is put forward: adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of C hina,and fully implement the main responsibility of grass-roots Party committees;innovate propaganda methods and strengthen the construction of "two centers and one platform";adhere to people-centered,close to the real life of farmers.It is hoped that through analyzing the inheritance and development of the "fine traditions" and "political advantages" of the party’s rural propaganda work in the new era,we can draw a practical path for the party’s rural propaganda work to be effectively promoted in the new era,and provides a useful reference for the development of the Party’s rural propaganda practice in the new era.
