Study On Marx’s Thought Of State Governance

The report to the Party’s 20th National Congress clearly points out that on the way forward,we must firmly adhere to the major principle of deepening reform and opening up,constantly highlight the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and better translate the advantages of China’s system into national governance.The Report of the Party’s 20th National Congress extends the connotation of Chinese-style modernization to the level of national governance and gives the modernization of national governance special significance in promoting the process of Chinese-style modernization.How to realize the grand goal of national governance modernization and draw a new blueprint for China’s governance is not only a practical issue,but also a major theoretical issue.Therefore,it is of great significance to go back to the theoretical source and draw forward strength from Marx’s national governance thought.This paper takes Marx’s thought of national governance as the research object,and takes "tracing the source of theory--sorting out the context--interpreting the content--observing the reality" as the logical path.First of all,study the formation conditions of Marx’s thought of national governance.Based on the discussion of Marx’s concepts of state governance,it points out that Marx’s thought of state governance appears under the dual call of theory and practice,and responds to the proletarian revolutionary movement and the predicament of capitalist governance in practice.In theory,it critically inherits the social contract theory of classical liberalism,German classical philosophy,British classical political economy and Utopian socialist thought of national governance.Secondly,study the development of Marx’s thought of national governance.Marx’s thought of national governance generally experienced from the free and rational concept in his school days,to the real experience of national governance issues in his work in Rheinische Zeitung,and then to the systematic liquidation of Hegel’s civil society and state theory.With the continuous development of the combination with the proletarian movement,Marx’s thought of national governance is becoming more and more mature and perfect.Thirdly,study the basic content of Marx’s thought of national governance.Standing on the height of historical materialism,Marx deeply criticized the capitalist state governance model,and in close combination with the practice of Paris Commune revolution from the political,economic,cultural,social,ecoloaical five fields to the proletarian state governance model for a series of demonstration.Although the Paris Commune finally failed and Marx’s thought of national governance could not be fully tested,the general principles specified by Marx’s thought of national governance are still valid.Finally,this paper studies the leap and value of Marx’s national governance thought in the new era.In the process of integrating Marx’s thought on state governance with China’s reality,the CPC has led the people to embark on a new path of modernization of Chinese style state governance and achieved a triple leap forward,namely a leap forward in theoretical understanding,a leap forward in strategic planning and a leap forward in general approach.The modernization practice of national governance in the new era under the guidance of Marx’s thought on national governance will open up a new realm of socialist national governance and provide China’s experience and plan of national governance to the rest of the world.
