| PPP projects for urban infrastructure construction can not only effectively relieve the financial pressure of the government,but also help to improve the supply of public goods and the satisfaction of the public with public services,thus enhancing the credibility of the government,and thus promoting social harmony and political stability in China.In the process of implementing PPP in China,due to the lack of practical experience,in the implementation process,China tends to assume the dual role of referee and player,which makes its role in the implementation process more vague,and its power and responsibility are unclear,thus causing the failure of the local market.Therefore,the research on the government’s supervision of PPP projects in the field of infrastructure construction has become a very meaningful topic.Based on the relevant research on government regulation theory and public goods theory,according to a large number of references read,through interviews and case studies,this paper studies the government regulation of PPP projects in infrastructure construction in H City.This paper systematically analyzes the current situation of the supervision of PPP infrastructure projects in H City and the main problems in the process of government supervision,and analyzes the problems and main reasons of the supervision of PPP infrastructure projects in H City.In order to promote the further development of the PPP model of infrastructure construction,an improvement plan for the government supervision of infrastructure construction PPP projects in H City is designed.This study has a positive role in improving the level of public social services and the satisfaction of public service quality. |
