Research On Community Governance In P District,D City

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen and innovate social governance,strengthen the construction of community governance system,promote the focus of social governance to move down to the grass-roots level,realize the benign interaction between government governance,social regulation and residents’ autonomy,and establish a new pattern of social governance featuring joint construction,joint governance and sharing.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee further emphasized building a new pattern of grass-roots social governance and improving the national security system.In recent years,with the outbreak of COVID-19,community governance is playing an increasingly important role in COVID-19 prevention and control.As the basic unit of social governance,community is undoubtedly the first line of epidemic prevention and control."Community governance" is a new type of social governance mode,which has become an important governance mode of novel coronavirus.Its effectiveness is closely related to people’s health,life safety,social harmony and stability,and even the healthy development of the entire national cause.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and value to study the community governance of COVID-19.This paper conducts a study on COVID-19 community governance in P District,D City.Sort out its current situation,analyze its existing problems,dig its deep causes,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.The main research content is discussed in four chapters: The first chapter is an overview of community governance of COVID-19.It mainly defines the core concept of COVID-19 community governance,clears up the relevant theoretical connotation,and analyzes the requirements of the characteristics of the COVID-19 epidemic on community governance.The second chapter mainly expounds the current situation of COVID-19 community governance in P District of D city.Comb the general situation of the community in District P of City D,study and analyze the basic situation,main measures and governance achievements.The third chapter focuses on analyzing the problems and reasons in the community governance of COVID-19 in District P of city D.Based on carding and analysis,it is believed that there are problems such as lagging governance concept,weak professional prevention and control force,shortage of epidemic prevention materials,and weak scientific and technological support,and further clarify the reasons for the problems: first,the concept of systematic governance needs to be cultivated;Second,the lack of relevant personnel;Third,the public supply is insufficient;Fourth,the community absorbed less science and technology.The fourth chapter based on the above research,put forward targeted suggestions according to my actual work experience.First,change the governance concept and form consensus among multiple entities;Second,strengthen the organizational guarantee and form the resultant force of governance;Third,increase the public supply and enhance the endogenous power of the community;Fourth,we will strengthen scientific and technological support to modernize community governance.This paper uses literature analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis,theoretical analysis and other research methods to conduct research on the community governance of COVID-19 in P District of D City,in order to play the role of the community in fighting fortress and mobilization and cohesion,strengthen the ability of the community to prevent and control COVID-19,and promote the modernization of the community governance system and governance capacity.
