Research On The Supervision Of Online Public Welfare Crowdfunding In China And Its Measures

Online public welfare crowdfunding is through the network,the original offline help or donation and other private mutual assistance behavior online,not only has the characteristics of fast information dissemination,high financing efficiency,low participation threshold,etc.,but also makes charity no longer subject to time,space and wealth,but also effectively makes up for the shortcomings of traditional charity,improves the social security system system,is a new social crowdfunding model.However,due to the lack of standardized online public welfare crowdfunding protocols,necessary supervision and constraints,etc.,crowdfunding funds have been abused and online fraud has occurred,resulting in damage to social love and the credibility of online public welfare crowdfunding organizations.To this end,under the concept of collaborative governance,this paper studies the supervision of online public welfare crowdfunding and its governance countermeasures.Based on collaborative governance theory and regulatory theory,on the basis of combing the research literature related to online public welfare crowdfunding,and in accordance with the ideas of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,case analysis and inductive analysis,and analyzes the current situation of online public welfare crowdfunding supervision in China from five aspects: regulatory subject-object,regulatory regulatory standards,regulatory channel diversification,regulatory assessment and accountability,and crowdfunding supervision,and analyzes the problems and root causes of online public welfare crowdfunding.It aims to establish a diversified linkage and collaboration mechanism,strengthen seamless cooperation between subjects,and implement effective supervision of online public welfare crowdfunding.In view of this,the main contents of this paper are arranged as follows: The first part of the introduction,focusing on the historical background of scientific research,the theoretical and practical significance of scientific research,and the scientific research methods of the paper.The second part defines the basic concepts and theories of Internet public welfare crowdfunding in China.The third part is to study the development of online public welfare crowdfunding in China,the current situation and problems of supervision,and to analyze typical cases of irregularities.The fourth part combines the countermeasures of foreign network public welfare crowdfunding supervision to conduct empirical analysis,and summarizes the enlightenment for China’s network public welfare crowdfunding supervision.The fifth part summarizes and analyzes the suggestions for building a comprehensive supervision mechanism for the standardization of online public welfare crowdfunding in China: First,clarify the responsibilities of supervision entities;The second is the standardization of legal supervision;The third is to strengthen prior supervision to enhance the credibility of the government;The fourth is to improve the regulatory linkage mechanism;Fifth,improve the regulatory mechanism.
