Research On The Predicament And Countermeasures Of Deputies To Lanzhou People’s Congress From The Perspective Of System

In my country,people’s will and interests can be raised to the will of the state through the NPC deputies’ performance of their duties,thus realizing that our people are masters of the country.Therefore,effective performance of NPC deputies’ duties is undoubtedly an important way to realize that our people are masters of the country.However,in reality,the imperfection of the relevant systems for deputies to perform their duties hinders the realization of the effective performance of their duties by deputies to the National People’s Congress,affects the actual effect of the people in our country being the masters of the country,and leads to the dilemma of deputies performing their duties.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze from the perspective of the system.The reasons for the problem of performance of the representative appear,and then put forward effective countermeasures.Based on the actual performance of Lanzhou Municipal People’s Congress,and presents the current situation of Lanzhou Municipal People’s Congress deputies’ performance,analyzes the results obtained through the interview method and questionnaire survey method,combined with the current situation of Lanzhou Municipal People’s Congress deputies’ performance of duties,and analyzes Lanzhou through the theory of representation.The problems existing in the performance of duties by deputies to the Municipal People’s Congress,on the basis of the theory of representation,use the theory of institutional elements and the theory of institutional levels to analyze the causes of the problems in performance of duties,and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems of deputies’ performance of duties,so as to improve Lanzhou Municipal People’s Congress deputies perform their duties effectively.
