| With the continuous advancement of "Internet Plus Government Services initiative",New breakthroughs have been made in the development of new media in government affairs in China.The We Chat public account has the advantages of high efficiency,convenience,and interactive communication,has gradually become a rising star of new media in government affairs,It plays an important role in expanding government information communication channels,providing convenient services to the people,strengthening the interaction between the government and the people,gathering public opinions and guiding the direction of public opinion,It is an important measure to improve modernize China’s system and capacity for governance.At present,China has basically formed a situation of full coverage of We Chat for government affairs in provinces,cities,counties and townships,as the most basic-level government,Township government,compared with the higher-level government departments,there is a gap in the management and operation of the government We Chat official account,The Communication Capability is generally low,and the communication effect is not ideal.In order to further enrich the research theory of the We Chat official account for township government affairs,and to better play the role of the We Chat official account in improving the service capacity and efficiency of the township,This Thesis takes the We Chat public account "Zhongtang Online" as an example,based on the We Chat Communication Index WCI and the satisfaction survey questionnaire,Analyzed the common problems in the We Chat official account of township government affairs,Combining the actual situation of township government work,it puts forward feasible suggestions in terms of supervision and assessment,public participation,staffing,and improving service functions,which have certain reference and basis for enhancing the influence of township government We Chat official accounts. |
